The Midget Bushtrekka from Kamp-Rite is a really rather handy-looking tow-along tent-cum-bicycle trailer for extended cycling trips. And as large as it is - 56 pounds Rather, it sounds as though Bushtrekka is designed for fairly serious off-roading. But is it up to the job? Uneven ground should be no obstacle for the Bushtrekka if Kamp-Rite's spiel is to be believed.

Do I have the skill level to build the trailer? If you have a fair amount of wood working skills and are comfortable with wood working tools, I believe that you can build your own Tiny Travel Trailer from my easy-to-follow plans. I consider myself an average, not expert, woodworker. I was in my in my late 40s before I got into woodworking, first making play furniture for my grandkids.
I am in the process of updating these plans and creating a modern 3D Sketchup version of each of them. These plans are provided as is, without any support or guidance from us if you decide to take on one of these projects. Many people have followed these exact plans to build their own teardrop campers, you will find examples of some of those builds along with each of the plans in downloadable PDF format below.
